This has been a very cold winter in Moggerhanger Church as our blue noses and Lynda our vicar will testify (voluably). We asked the Dioscesan Advisary Council (DAC) to review our heating arrangements which they did on the 29th March 2006 and suggested many different systems - very a great variety of prices to match! We are still waiting for their report before we can proceed with searching for quotes for work to be done and talking nicely to our 'Friends'. Watch this space. Toilet Facilities Along with suffering the cold (perhaps because of it), we have been long wanting a toilet facility within the church. As the DAC were visiting we asked if they would consider allowing a small toilet block being built and after deliberation they suggested that just outside the south door would be a goood place. This would then go over the path just outside the door with the path being re-routed round. Obviously this is a very major project and we will be asking for some serious help but the benefits should be so great I'm sure it'll be worth it.
